Thank you for your interest in doing business at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Currently, we do not have space available for new businesses. However, we are excited about our future here at Sea-Tac and continue to evaluate new concessions locations. Please see our listing of current concessionaires.

If you are interested in doing business at the Sea-Tac Airport you can submit a Concessions Application form. You will be added to our main database and notified if an opportunity that fits the description of your business becomes available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (ACDBE Program)?
A: This program offers the opportunity for Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE) to operate in an airport. The program primarily supports women-owned and minority-owned businesses. The airport's goal is that a percentage of all concession sales will be derived from ACDBE-owned and operated businesses in the airport. Download the policy statement.

To qualify as a ACDBE, a business owner must be certified by the Washington State Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises in Olympia, (360) 753-9693 or www.omwbe.wa.gov.
Q: Is there a standard rental rate?
A: Rental charges vary based on the type of business. They can be a percentage of gross sales, a cost per square foot, or a combination of both. Most facilities in the retail and food & beverage arena are based on a percentage of sales with additional charges such as utilities and leasehold tax.
Q: What is the basic lease term?
A: Because of the investment required by food & beverage and retail operations, the lease term usually runs 10 years. Service leases normally are considered for a three- to five-year term. Kiosk or retail merchandise unit locations will have a much shorter lease duration.
Q: Is there office space and storage space available?
A: Limited office and storage space is available and is leased under a separate agreement. Rent is based on a dollar-per-square-foot charge.
Q: How will I know when something comes available?
A: Please sign up on the port's Procurement and Roster Management System to view available opportunities.
Q: How do I make a suggestion? Q: What happens after I submit the Future Airport Concession Opportunity Form?
A: You will be added to our main database and notified if an opportunity that fits the description of your business becomes available.
