Seattle and Tacoma Puget Sound Harbors become the Northwest Seaport Alliance

Welcome to the Port of Seattle Truckers' Guide. The ports of Seattle and Tacoma formed the Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) to strengthen the Puget Sound gateway and to attract more marine cargo to the region.

TWIC Requirements

All drivers are required to have a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card. You will be denied terminal access without one. To enroll for a TWIC card please visit:​
