Bell Street Pier handles the needs of large fishing vessels and other workboats, and offers a premier cruise ship terminal.

• Concrete pier with 1,950 linear feet (594 meters) of berthage; height is 20 feet (6 meters) to deck top at mean low water; width is 60 feet (18 meters) on the northern 850 feet (259 meters) and 30 feet (9 meters) on the southern 700 feet (213 meters)
