Paying with a Credit or Debit Card?
Three easy and fast options
Use your chosen card as a ticket (Card in / Card out):
Upon arriving at the garage, insert your credit card into the ticket machine. Once your card is returned, the gate will rise. Enter the garage and your credit card will serve be your ticket. Upon exiting, pull up to any exit lane, insert the same credit card used when you arrived at the garage. Upon removal of the credit card, your receipt will print. Remove the receipt and the gate will open. All from the same point your credit card was processed.
Credit/debit payment at the Pay-on-Foot machines located at the entrance to each bridge connecting the garage to the terminal. Take your ticket with you on your trip and stop at the Pay-on-Foot station on your way back to your car. Pay your parking fees, exit the garage, enter your paid ticket into any exit lane, and you are on your way.
Cashiers located at the exit plaza are normally for those customers who have lost their tickets or have a concern with their transaction. Cashier lanes can accept credit card payments. The customer inserts their parking ticket and credit card in the slot. A receipt is issued, once removed the gate will open. For the fasted and most efficient process use credit card in & out or pay at the Pay-on-Foot machines.
Paying with Cash?
Use the Pay-on-Foot Machines
The Pay-on-Foot machines located at the entrance to each of the bridges leading to the terminals/gates accept $1, $5, $10, $20 bills and provide change and receipts.
Cashiers located at the exit plaza are normally for those customers who have lost their tickets or have a concern with their transaction. Cashier lanes can accept cash payments. The customer inserts their parking ticket and hands the cash to the cashier. A receipt is issued, and the gate is opened. For the fasted and most efficient process use the Pay-on-Foot machines for cash transactions.
Lost Parking Tickets
If you have lost your parking ticket, no need to panic. Just proceed to the exit plaza and our cashiering staff will assist you. At the minimum a lost ticket will cost the daily rate of the area you are parked.
Receipts
Receipts for paid parking are offered at the time of payment from any of the resources used to make payments (Pay-on-Foot or exit lanes – staffed or automated). If you have a problem getting a receipt from the machines please contact the parking staff prior to exiting the facility. Duplicate receipts are not issued.
