Volunteers

Volunteers work in high-traffic and congested areas near the ticket counters and TSA Security checkpoints. They also assist passengers at US Immigrations and in the Central Terminal food court as well as help arriving passengers in the South Satellite with connecting flights.

The Airport Volunteers provide general information and directions. They know how to help people get where they need to go and find stores, restaurants and airline gates.

Hats Off to the Airport Volunteers
The 98 Airport Volunteers were recently honored at a special breakfast. In the past year, this dedicated group has spent more than 18,000 hours helping Airport travelers find their way. The program is in its 12th year at Sea-Tac.
