Tips for the Train

Doing the “Sea-Tac Shuffle” on the Shuttle
Getting to and from the Airport's South Satellite and the North Satellite or to the concourse gates in between doesn't have to mean a Northwest style hike. You can travel by train from one end of the Airport to the other by using the Airport's Satellite Transit System.

Reopened Train Stop at Concourse B Saves Connecting Passengers a Hike
The train station on Concourse B has reopened on the Satellite Transit loop between the Main Terminal and the South Satellite. The new stop will enable passengers making connections between South Satellite and Concourse B airlines to take the train directly to the satellite or concourse, cutting transit and walking time.

Traveling between the North Satellite (N Gates) and South Satellite (S gates)
Take the train from the South or North Satellite to the Main Terminal, then cross over to the train on the opposite side and hop on board. That's the shuttle that runs behind security between the North and South Transit Stations.

Training it from the South Satellite to the C Gates
Passengers needing to travel between the South Satellite and the Concourse C gates can cut their walking down dramatically by taking the train. The first leg is to take the train from the South Satellite to the Main Terminal and cross over to the shuttle to the North Transit Station. Once there, cross again to the train on the opposite side and that train will take you to the stop at the end of the Concourse C.

The Concourses in the Main Terminal are all linked by walkways behind security, so once you've arrived from the Satellites via train you can always opt to walk from there.
