Notice: Separate electrical permits will be required from the state of Washington Labor and Industries after the building permit is issued. The POS Standards Certification and Building Permit Application becomes null and void if the proposed authorized work is not begun within 180 days of issuance, or if construction of the authorized work is suspended or abandoned for a period of at least 180 days after the work has begun.

The applicant hereby certifies that this application has been read and examined, and knows that the information is true and correct. All provisions of all laws and ordinances governing this work will be complied with whether specified herein or not. The issuance of any permit shall not give authority to violate or cancel provisions of any other Federal, State or local regulations for construction or performance.
