Small Works: Getting Paid

Payments are made based on the satisfactory performance of the completed work and payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of complete invoice, as approved by the Port. A request for payment must include the following:

• Summary of work
• Supporting documentation
• Daily Work Report signed by Port Representative. Daily Work Reports are required on all Open Order Contracts.
