How to Register for Small Works

This site provides access to information regarding projects out for bid, requirements to do work at the port, and bid results for projects once the bids are opened.

Contractors are required to register with the Small Works Roster to bid on Small Works projects. Registered contractors will receive bid announcements on a rotating basis based on craft codes. All contractor registrations must be approved by the Port of Seattle and must have a valid Washington State Contractor's license and business license. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and you will then be able to log in and use the system.

After you log in, you will be able to:

Update company information to ensure we can reach you
View invoice history and status for your company
Receive bid announcements
