Image Library

Welcome to the Port of Seattle Image Library!

Here you will find a broad range of photographic images covering the Port’s facilities, events and activities, commissioners and executives, and history. The library is searchable by facility name or key word. In most cases you may choose low resolution downloads for screen or slide presentation use, or high resolution downloads for printed publications.

Credits

These images are provided as a public service, without fees for use. However, we do ask that you include the following credit with each photo you use: "Courtesy of Port of Seattle." If you’d like to include the photographer’s name, it is listed along with each image.

How to search and sort

Our photos are listed alphabetically by categories under Airport, Commissioners, Economic Development, Events, Executives, Public Access & Parks, and Seaport. There are subcategories under each. Click on a selection, or type a key word into the search field that describes what you are looking for. Then click "Search". To sort your collection alphabetically by title, click "Title" at the top of the column.

How to download files

In the far right column you’ll see "print" and "screen" resolution options. Print resolution files are 300 dpi. Screen resolution files are 72 dpi. For more information about the image, click directly on the small version in the left column. To download an image, choose your preferred resolution and click. You’ll see an enlarged version of the photo.

Simply right click on the image (Control + Click for Mac users), choose "save image as" and save it to a folder on your hard drive. High resolution images may take several minutes to download.
