The Port of Seattle began handling a new peak season service from APL in July. Dubbed the P1A, the service is scheduled to call Seattle every other Thursday through October with a capacity of approximately 2,300 inbound and outbound container lifts. The service connects Seattle to Hong Kong, Yantian (China), Chiwan (China), and Busan.
