WA State Department of Ecology is inviting comments on the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Permit for the former Terminal 91 fuel storage and distribution tank farm. Draft documents including the Agreed Order, Public Participation Plan, Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study are available for public review and comment from 2/12 – 3/29, 2010.
