Bell Harbor Marina has a wide, 120-foot (37-meter) concrete float available for charter and excursion vessels. The rate is $1.50 per round trip per foot.
For Bell Street Pier and Bell Harbor Marina, charter vessel owners or operators need to register at the harbormaster's office upon arrival. Reservations are accepted for charter vessels, subject to the moorage charges. Charter vessels must moor in assigned areas only, and rafting may be required.

Located at the heart of Seattle's downtown waterfront, Bell Street Pier and Bell Harbor Marina offer access to restaurants, Odyssey-The Maritime Discovery Center, the Bell Harbor International Conference Center and Seattle's new cruise ship terminal.
The rooftop plaza at Bell Street Pier provides spectacular views of anchored vessels and Elliott Bay. The Bell Street pedestrian bridge connects the pier with downtown Seattle, where international cuisine and five-star hotels can be found, as well as shopping. A few blocks south, the Lenora Street Bridge (accessible by stairs and elevator) connects pedestrians to historic Pike Place Market and many other downtown attractions.
