Terminal 91 provides moorage for commercial workboats and fishing vessels, including factory trawlers, tugs, barges, ferries, breakbulk reefer vessels and roll-on/roll-off vessels.

8,000 feet (2,438 meters) of moorage on a 152-acre (62 hectare) site
New concrete aprons, larger laydown/staging areas and on-dock rail (under construction)
Marine repair services at the nearby Maritime Industrial Center
Forklifts, heavy-lift float cranes and other equipment
Bunker fuel, fish processing and cold storage on site

Transportation

On-terminal rail access adjacent to the Burlington Northern Santa Fe mainline and classification yard and direct access to the Union Pacific
Four east-west mainline rail routes
