If moorage is not available (see moorage availability), you have the option of applying for the waitlist. The non-refundable registration fee for the waitlist is $50.00 until further notice (regularly $100). Completed applications and waitlist fee may be returned via mail or fax to address indicated on application.
There are two waitlists at Shilshole Bay Marina. In order to qualify for monthly moorage and liveaboard status, you must reach the top of both lists to receive a slip assignment.
Please read the section below carefully prior to signing up for monthly moorage. If you have further questions please e-mail us or contact the marina office at (206) 728-3006.
When your name enters the top 15 on the monthly moorage waitlist, we will send you a questionnaire to confirm your needs, boat dimensions, and other pertinent information prior to assigning you a moorage slip. To maintain your place on the waitlist, you must return the completed questionnaire by the stated deadline.
Your name will move to the top of the list for an assignment of moorage based on the number of slip terminations we receive. If you no longer require moorage, please indicate this on the questionnaire and return it.
When your name is at the top of the monthly moorage waitlist and space becomes available, we will notify you 30 days in advance of your moorage assignment. If you either refuse moorage or fail to respond to our offer, we will remove your name from the list.
Note: If you are also requesting liveaboard status, you must reach the top of the liveaboard waitlist as well as the monthly moorage waitlist to qualify for moorage.
The monthly moorage waitlist is prepared and maintained chronologically by date of application. Moorage assignments are selected in accordance with the vessel's overall length, beam, and operating characteristics. Customers requesting liveaboard status must check both the monthly and liveaboard waitlist to estimate their timetable for receiving assignment.

The liveaboard waitlist is prepared and maintained chronologically by date of original moorage application and may include customers with existing moorage at Shilshole Bay Marina.

Please call the marina office at (206) 728-3006 to sign up for the liveaboard waitlist. Once you reach the top of the list we will notify you.
New customers at Shilshole Bay Marina
Those who do not have moorage must reach the top of their moorage waitlist as well as the top of the liveaboard waitlist before they can be assigned a slip and receive liveaboard status. Customers requesting liveaboard status who are still awaiting moorage should check their standing on this list as well as on their appropriate moorage waitlist to estimate their timetable for receiving an assignment.
