1. I heard that WiFi service is now free at Sea-Tac. Is that true?

Yes, free WiFi service is now available throughout the Airport. If you encounter service issues with our WiFi, please call (206) 787-3333 for assistance.

2.Where is Lost and Found located and how do I contact them about a lost item? What if I lost my item on the airplane?

The Lost and Found office is located on the mezzanine level of the Main Terminal. The best way to report a lost item is to fill out an online Lost Property Report.

If your item was left on an airplane, contact the airline's lost and found.

3. I'm coming to Seattle for a cruise. How long will it take to get from the Airport to downtown Seattle? Where can I find information on ground transportation services? Is there a place at Sea-Tac for storage?

It takes about 45 minutes to get from the Airport to downtown. Information on ground transportation options is posted on this site.

Ken's Baggage Storage and Rentals, a staffed service on the Baggage Claim Level between Carousels 12 & 13, offers storage for everything from a small set of keys to a bicycle. There are no self-service baggage lockers at the Airport.

4. How do I arrange for wheelchair service at the Airport?

Contact your airline and they will arrange for a wheelchair to meet you at the ticket counter and take you to your gate. The airline customer service agent can also arrange for a wheelchair to meet you at your arrival destination and take you from the gate to the baggage claim area. Assistance is also available from the parking garage and the Link Light Rail Station (details).

5. My child is traveling alone, can I go with him to the gate?

Many airlines will issues a companion pass that will allow you to go through security and to the departure gate with your son. You should contact your airline directly for arrangements.
