1. Are there luggage carts available for passenger use?

"Smarte Cartes" are conveniently placed throughout the terminal and on the third and fourth floors of the Airport Garage, and are available to rent for $3. There is a 25-cent award for returning a Smarte Carte after use. Smarte Cartes are not allowed through security checkpoints, but are available for rent on Concourses A, B, C and D.

2. Can I exchange foreign currency in the airport?

Yes, Travelex has two locations in the ticketing level of the Main Terminal and one in Baggage Claim.

3. Where can I find a bank or cash machine?

ATMs are found throughout the terminal.

4. Where can I mail a letter?

U.S. mailboxes are located thoughout the Airport::

5. Where can I find a locker?

There are no self-service baggage lockers at Sea-Tac Airport. Ken's Baggage Storage and Rentals, a staffed service on the Baggage Claim Level between Carousels 12 & 13, offers storage for everything from a small set of keys to a bicycle.

6. Is there a place to leave a key for pick-up by someone else?

Keys and documents can be dropped off and held at Ken's Baggage Storage and Rentals, between Carousels 12 & 13 in Baggage Claim. There is a fee for this service.

7. Whom do I contact for lost and found items?

You can report Lost and Found items online.

8. How can I page someone?

All airport paging is done through the airlines. There is no central paging system.

9. How do I check the departure time of my flight?

10. Where can I get something to eat at the airport?

11. Is there a smoking area at Sea-Tac?

Sea-Tac is a non-smoking facility, so smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the terminal building. Smoking is permitted on the lower airport drive sidewalk, outside of the baggage claim area, in designated areas only. Please observe signage and don't smoke directly outside the doors that lead inside to the baggage claim area.

Smoking is not permitted on the upper drive, directly outside the main terminal and ticketing area.

12. Are any airport eateries open all night?
