1. How long does it take to get from the airport to the cruise terminals in Seattle (Terminal 91 or Pier 66)? What are the transportation options?
The trip from Sea-Tac to the cruise terminals takes about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic. There is a Ground Transportation Booth in Baggage Claim, across from Carousel 12 (map). The Guest Services Representative there can arrange for a taxi or limo for you. Information on other transportation options are posted on this site and you can also contact Ground Transportation at (206) 431-5904.
2.Where is Lost and Found located and how do I contact them about a lost item? What if I lost my item on the airplane?
The Lost and Found office is located on the mezzanine level of the Main Terminal. The best way to report a lost item is to fill out an online Lost Property Report.
If your item was left on an airplane, contact the airline's lost and found.
3. Why doesn't Sea-Tac offer free wi-fi?
We plan to offer free wi-fi by January 1, 2010.
4. I'm arriving at Sea-Tac on an international flight and then connecting to a domestic flight. How long will it take me to clear customs?
It typically takes 30 to 60 minutes to clear U.S. Customs, which is located on the South Satellite. Once you've cleared customs, you will recheck your bags and then go through security screening before heading on to your next flight. Airport maps can be found here.
5. How do I contact the Airport to request aviation noise information or to report aircraft noise?
You can use our online form or contact the Noise Abatement office at 206-433-5393 or toll-free 1-800-826-1147, day or night.
