1. How early should I arrive for a flight?

You should be at the Airport two hours before your flight (domestic or international). And of course you should always check the status of your flight before you leave home.

2. Is there a place in the airport where I can store my bag?

Ken's Baggage and Frozen Food Storage, a staffed service on the Baggage Claim Level between Carousels 12 & 13, offers storage for everything from a small set of keys to bicycles and luggage.

There are no self-service baggage lockers at Sea-Tac Airport.

3. How much can our bags weigh and how many bags can we check?

Luggage restrictions vary from airline to airline. Please check directly with your carrier.

4. Where is Lost and Found located and how do I contact them about a lost item? What if I lost my item on the airplane?

The Lost and Found office is located on the mezzanine level of the Main Terminal. The best way to report a lost item is to fill out an online Lost Property Report.

If your item was left on an airplane, contact the airline's lost and found.
