1. What is Premier Corporate Parking?
Premier Corporate Parking is a discounted parking program offered to large corporations in the Puget Sound area with employees who travel frequently by air.  Once a corporation is set up, Premier Corporate Parking access cards are issued to eligible employees. Premier Corporate Parking allows you to park in the Sea-Tac Airport parking garage at a discounted daily parking rate. All activity on the card must be paid by credit card. The parking access cards are not transferable and must be returned if the employee is no longer with a registered corporate company..back to top

2. How do I sign up?
If your company is already a
Premier partner company, your company's Parking or Travel Administrator will give you a promotion code to use to login and individually register. Our exclusive membership is available to select companies.

3. How do I cancel this program?
Once on the program, you will remain a parking access cardholder until we receive a request from you or your Travel Administrator to cancel from the program. To cancel, we need to receive your access card along with a letter informing us of your effective cancellation date, which you will send to the following address:

Port of Seattle
Premier Corporate Parking
P.O. Box 68727
Seattle, WA 98168

4. How do I replace a lost, damaged, or stolen access card?
If your corporate access card is lost, damaged, or stolen, you will be charged a fee of $25 to replace it. Please e-mail Premier Corporate Parking or call (206) 787-6652 to report your card problem. We can charge this fee to your credit card and send you a replacement access card with your receipt.

5. How do I use the access card?
You must use your card at two different points: 1) to enter the garage and 2) to exit the garage. The system needs to read the card in that sequence in order to apply the discount.

Directions:

  1. Entering the garage: Insert your card at any General Parking entrance lane. (Insert your card in the same slot from which you would normally pull a ticket, however, DO NOT pull a ticket. Simply insert your card.) After your card has been read, the reader will beep. Remove your access card from the reader after you hear the beep and the gate arm will rise.
  2. Parking: You will have access to General Parking on floors 3, 5 – 8.
  3. Exiting the garage: Proceed down the exit ramps and use your corporate card at any Paid Ticket exit lane. Insert the Premier Corporate access card first; the parking balance will display on the screen.  Insert your credit card. The system will charge your credit card, the credit card will then be returned, the corporate card will return and a receipt will be issued for the amount paid.
Please Note: If you pull a parking ticket when you enter the garage, instead if using the corporate card, you will not be able to exit with your corporate card to receive the discounted rate. You will have to pay the full price displayed at the exit. You must use your card in the correct sequence (on entrance and then on exit) to receive the discounted rates. back to top

6. What can I use for payment (credit cards, cash, check? )
You can use only credit cards for payment. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

7. What if I forget my access card?
If you do not have your card when you enter the parking garage, you may use a credit card at the entrance and exit or pull a parking ticket to enter.  You will not qualify for the discounted rate. This charge will be your responsibility and your account will not be reimbursed.
