Need Help Navigating Sea-Tac?

There's lots of help to get you through the Sea-Tac and on your way:

Airport maps are available online.
The Ground Transportation Information Booth is located on the third floor of the Parking Garage
Both volunteers (in royal blue jackets) and Pathfinders (in red jackets and purple shirts) are stationed throughout the airport to help you locate terminals, stores, restrooms, and services.
Directional maps are posted at key spots throughout the airport.

Reopened Train Stop at Concourse B Saves Connecting Passengers a Hike

The train station on Concourse B has reopened on the Satellite Transit loop between the Main Terminal and the South Satellite. The new stop enables passengers making connections between South Satellite and Concourse B airlines to take the train directly to satellite or concourse, cutting transit and walking time.

Scheduled Buses and Vans Pick Up and Drop Off Passengers at Parking Lot at South End of Baggage Claim

Scheduled buses, shuttle services and vans pick up and drop off passengers directly outside the Gina Marie Lindsey Arrivals Hall at the south end of Baggage Claim, outside door #00.

Only Metro and Sound Transit buses serve passengers from the drives.

The buses and shuttle services that use this south transportation lot include:

Airporter Shuttle - serves Alaska Ferry Terminal - Anacortes, Anacortes Ferry to San Juan Islands, Arlington, Bellingham, Blaine, Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Ferndale, La Conner, Marysville, Mt. Vernon, Oak Harbor, Smoky Point, Whidbey Island NAS, Wenatchee and Yakima.
Quick Shuttle - serves Vancouver, Canada.
Gray Line Downtown Airporter - serves Seattle-area hotels and is now using yellow buses.
And all other scheduled services serving outlying communities.

"On-demand" services including taxis, limousines, hotel courtesy vans and Shuttle Express remain on the third floor of the parking garage.

Tired Feet? You Can “Shuttle” the Between North and South at Sea-Tac Airport

Getting from one end of the airport to another at Sea-Tac can be a bit of a hike, but not if you take the "shuttle” between the Main Terminal Transit Station at the south end of the airport and the Main Terminal Transit Station at the north.

Both transit stations are behind security and are accessible only to ticketed passengers. The shuttle service enables travelers to get from one end of the airport to the other without exiting a secured area. Additionally, passengers can transfer from the Main Station trains to the trains taking them to the North and South Satellite gates.

Passengers who like to walk and/or shop, may choose to walk from one end to the other; all concourses are now connected and passengers can move freely without leaving the secured area.
