Dropping Off Travelers at the Airport? Use the Airport Garage

The airport drives can be very crowded and there is absolutely no parking or waiting allowed. The best bet for dropping off travelers is to use the airport garage:

Plenty of parking is available, especially on the upper floors.

You'll stay dry; no matter what the Northwest weather. The garage is connected to the main terminal via skybridges on the 4th floor, so you're covered all the way.

A New Way to Pay for Parking:
Use a Credit or Debit Card and Go Ticketless

You can now use your credit or debit card as your ticket in and out of the Airport Garage. The ticket machines at the entrances and exits to the Airport Garage accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or a debit card as your “ticket” in and out of the garage. No longer do you need to take a paper ticket and worry about keeping track of it.

When your trip is over you can skip stopping at "Pay on Foot" machines in the garage and just drive up to the "Paid Ticket" line and insert the same credit or debit card you used when entering. Your receipt will be printed right after you retrieve your card.

Parking Alert - Over-Height Vehicles

Due to construction projects, parking in the Airport's over-height parking area (for vehicles 7' and higher) will be very limited for several months. Spaces for over-height handicapped-permitted vehicles will be maintained, but may be moved to accommodate construction. Other parkers with over-height vehicles should use one of the off-airport parking lots during this time.
