Dining and Retail at Sea-Tac Airport

Competitive Evaluation Process (CEP) and Request for Proposal (RFP) Process

eat.gifshop.gifmore.gifThe Port of Seattle, the owner and operator of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac Airport), is seeking businesses to develop and operate airport shops and restaurants at Sea-Tac Airport.
The Port of Seattle invites submittals from established and responsible business entities that have demonstrated expertise in the development and operation of stores or restaurants that would be a good fit for the award-winning airport dining and retail program at Sea-Tac Airport.
Interested business entities will be required to either submit a proposal that meets the requirements defined in the Competitive Evaluation Process (CEP), or in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Each location that will be made available for lease will be assigned either CEP or RFP competitive status, at the Port’s discretion.
The next group of opportunities, Lease Group #3, is estimated to be published in late May/early June of 2016. Upon the release of each upcoming lease group, the Port will provide an opportunity for interested entities to tour the airport terminal to view the locations available for lease. These tours will take place in conjunction with training sessions for businesses that are new to the competitive airport leasing processes.
