The Port of Seattle, the owner and operator of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac Airport), is seeking businesses to develop and operate airport shops and restaurants at Sea-Tac Airport.

Submittals invited

The Port of Seattle invites submittals from established and responsible business entities that have demonstrated expertise in the development and operation of stores or restaurants that would be a good fit for the award-winning airport dining and retail program at Sea-Tac Airport.

Requirements to submit a proposal

Interested business entities will be required to participate in a competitive process by submitting a proposal that meets the requirements defined in the Request For Proposal (RFP) or Competitive Evaluation Process (CEP) materials to be released by the Port of Seattle.

Train and tour

After releasing lease package documentation, the Port will conduct a training session for businesses that are new to the CEP and RFP leasing process and running a business at an airport. The Port will also provide an opportunity for interested entities to tour the airport terminal to view the locations available for lease. The dates for upcoming training and tour opportunities will be published on the Sea-Tac Airport leasing website.
