Dining and Retail at Sea-Tac Airport
Competitive Evaluation Process
The Port of Seattle, the owner and operator of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac Airport), is seeking businesses to develop and operate airport shops and restaurants at Sea-Tac Airport.
The Port of Seattle invites submittals from established and responsible business entities that have demonstrated expertise in the development and operation of stores or restaurants that would be a good fit for the award-winning airport dining and retail program at Sea-Tac Airport.
Interested business entities will be required to participate in a competitive process by submitting a proposal that meets the requirements defined in the Competitve Evaluation Process (CEP).
The lease group (Lease Group #2) opportunities have been posted as of December 17, 2015 with additional opportunities to follow in 2016. The Port will also provide an opportunity for interested entities to tour the airport terminal to view locations available with the release of each lease group, along with conducting training sessions for businesses that are new to the competitive airport leasing process. The dates for training and tour opportunities will be published on the Sea-Tac Airport leasing website: http://lease.seatacshops.com/
