The Airport Volunteers provide general information and directions to travelers. They know how to help people get where they need to go and find stores, restaurants and airline gates. Volunteers do not escort passengers to connecting flights. Passengers should contact their airline directly
for assistance. For international arrival information including interpreters and the process for clearing customs, please read our international travel page

Sea-Tac has nearly 100 volunteers who spend around 20,000 hours a year helping travelers. We have a great group and are always looking for more folks to be part of the team, which has been around for nearly 15 years.
