The Airport Volunteers provide general information and way finding. They know how to help people get where they need to go and find stores, restaurants and airline gates. Volunteers do not escort passengers to connecting flights. Passengers should contact their airline directly
for assistance. For international arrival information including interpreters and the process for clearing customs, please read our international travel page
Hats Off to the Airport Volunteers
The 98 Airport Volunteers were recently honored at a special breakfast. In the past year, this dedicated group has spent more than 18,000 hours helping airport travelers find their way. The program is in its 12th year at Sea-Tac.
