About SEA Customer Care Chat
The SEA Airport Customer Care Chat is usually staffed Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.If someone from the Airport Customer Care Team is not available, please contact us with the other methods listed above.
The green button in the bottom right corner will show as "Offline" and if someone is available to help it will show as "Chat with Us" If you need assistance and we are offline please contact us on our other platforms.
How to chat with us
- Enter Contact Information - Please select the green "Chat with Us" button on the bottom right to start a live chat with someone from our airport customer care team. Enter in your first and last name, email and what you need assistance with in the subject line.
- Connect with Customer Care Team - A customer care team member will accept your chat and you can ask questions as needed! Please do not close the page while using the chat as it'll lose connection for the chat.
- Chat with Customer Care Team - To write a message select the text box and type then hit enter to send your message. To send a file, let the team member you're chatting with know and they'll turn on the feature for you. Please provide as much information as possible so we can help as much as possible!
- End Customer Care Chat - When you're done select the X in the top right corner and it will ask you to confirm if you would like to end the chat. Once done it will show you that the chat has ended and you can close the window.
