Ten months ago, a group of 14 “First Movers” agreed to explore the feasibility of a cruise-led Green Corridor from the Pacific Northwest to Alaska.
The Pacific Northwest to Alaska Green Corridor project is an unprecedented collaboration of ports, industry, governments, and non-governmental organizations working to explore the feasibility of decarbonizing the shipping routes between Alaska, British Columbia, and Washington, with an initial focus on cruise-ship operations.
