Due to current health and safety protocols for the 2021 cruise season we are not able to offer our standard amenities, including concierge and on-site car rental services. 

Convenient Drop Off and Pick Up

  • Ground transportation lot located directly in front of terminal entrance providing passengers with easy access to bus parking, taxis (load/unload) and private vehicle drop off.
  • Dedicated rideshare lot of Uber, Lyft and Wingz drop off or pick up.
  • Cell phone waiting lot for convenient passenger pick up.

Wheelchairs and Other Mobility Devices

Smith Cove Cruise Terminal offers Special Needs at Sea which provides wheelchairs, scooters and oxygen rentals, plus other special needs equipment for cruise passengers.
