Starting a Business in or Around SEA Airport?
All Commercial Operators at SEA Airport are required to have current Port-issued permits, agreement, and authorization from their respective and regulatory agencies to operate. Please follow the information provided below to assist you.
Ground Transportation Operators
Ground Transportation will have to temporarily move some of the operators due to construction on the lower drive.
Below are the operator’s that will be relocated to designated areas during this construction.
Stretch Limos and Over-Height Sprinter Vans
1. Relocation to Northeast Ground Transportation Lot. Charter lot loading area.
Over-Height Sprinter Vans, please begin to use the Northeast GT Lot effective immediately. The Construction company has occupied the ramp area.
Limousines SUV’s and Sedans, Parcel Carriers, Boeing SUV’s, On-Demand Taxi/For-Hire From 160th Holding Lot
2. Return to using the North Arrivals Drive Ground Transportation entrance.
TNC Garage Entrance: Helix #3 and #1.
3. Follow the South Entrance rematch route or the North Entrance rematch route to the garage.

Turn left onto 160th and follow route on International Boulevard to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. |

Follow signs to parking and enter through Terminal Direct. |

Merge left onto Helix 3. |
 |
Turn right onto the 3rd Floor. |
 |
Turn left and carefully merge into oncoming traffic. |
