Welcome to the website for the Port of Seattle’s Spot Saver program (“Port” or “we,” “us,” or “our”) at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Port of Seattle's Spot Saver website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use below. As with the Terms and Conditions, this Privacy Policy will be subject to the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Information We Collect

We do not set cookies. Websites you may have used to reach the Spot Saver website (including our other websites) may set cookies. You should check the privacy policy of the website you reached this site from for that site’s cookie policy. While we will use your information as provided below, we will not use it for any other purpose (although the Public Records Act may apply as described below).

To participate in the Spot Saver program you provide us the following information: Your airline and flight number, the number of people in your party, your preferred time to get in the security screening line and your email address. You do not have to provide this information, but if you do not, we are unable to reserve a time for you to go through the TSA security lines. You will still be able to go through the TSA security lines, however.

If we implement new features, we may have to collect additional information. We are not obligated to change our privacy policy to update the above list of collected information to add any additional information we collect, although we will try to keep such information current.

Your email address is deleted after 30 days. However, the emails addresses are sent to us and we may use them for subsequent surveys or other notifications relating to the airport or, possibly, future marketing.

In addition, we reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website; or to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, our Website Terms of Use or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our website, other users or others.

You should also be aware that the Port is a public agency. This means that it is subject to the Public Records Act of the State of Washington, Chapter 42.56 of the Revised Code of Washington. The Port may be required to disclose information that you provide us unless there is an exception in the Act. While we may (if we choose) post such a request on our website, we do not promise to notify individuals.

Terms Change

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Please review it frequently. If we make important changes to this policy, we will notify you on the Privacy Policy web page or by means of notice on our home page.

We will try to post any such changes on our website in advance. However, we do not promise to do so. You will be bound by these new terms if you use our Spot Saver website after they are posted.

Spot Saver Website Terms of Use

The Port provides website features to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit, the Port’s Spot Saver website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to the Port. “You” or “your” refers to you, the website user.

Third Party Sites

The Port uses third party vendors to support Spot Saver. In getting your Spot Saver reservation, you will be using a third party’s website. However, these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy control over any terms and conditions or privacy policy that would normally govern your use of their website.

We make every effort to ensure that the information found on this site is accurate and current. HOWEVER, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION FOUND ON THIS SITE. Nor do we promise to update any information.
