All desks are staffed daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. by SEA Airport's Pathfinder team! You can get step-by-step directions to the Information Desks by using our interactive map.
There are two Information Desks located Pre-Security:
- On the ticketing level in between Security Checkpoints 4 and 5,
- On the baggage claim level near Checkpoint 1
Post-Security Information Desk:
- Located in the A Concourse in between Gates A5 and A6.
Services available at the Information Desk:
- Ready to point you in the right direction of what you're looking for at the airport
- Helping with translation assistance with our Language Line Service
- Providing passengers with invisible disabilities Sunflower Lanyards
- Supplying tools for travelers who need Visual and Auditory Assistance, including accessibility information in Braille and print
- Providing first-aid supplies for passengers
