COVID-19 and travel at SEA Airport More Information

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) employs Customer Service Representatives to assist travelers throughout their airport journey; our employees proudly support dozens of languages and cultures. In our International Arrivals Facility, Customs Border & Protection officers have access to an on-demand language interpretation and translation service (with more than 200 language options) via phones at the CBP booths to assist with processing.

Many of SEA Airport’s employees are bilingual and are available at the Information Booth, which is located pre-security next to Starbucks and the C/D gate exit, as well as many locations throughout the airport. They also have access to an on-demand language interpretation and translation service on their phones and iPads.
