Overview of Services:

The Washington State Fire Training Academy is a firefighting training center near North Bend, WA. It is operated by the Washington State Patrol and includes classrooms, dormitories, and several simulation centers. The facility opened in 1984.

Equity Lens:

Emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within State Patrol's fire service to expand participating communities. Seattle Fire Department hosted a DEI workshop in December 2021.
