Description
Authorizing the sale and issuance of Revenue and Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1993C, Series 1993D, Series 1993E and Series 1993F of the Port in the principal amounts of $25,000,000, $32,000,000, $73,000,000, and $55,000,000, respectively, for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding senior lien and junior lien revenue bonds of the Port and paying the costs of additional capital facilities; fixing the date, forms, terms, and maturities for each such series, and authorizing the approval of interest rates and sale of such bonds.
