Authorizing the sale and issuance of Revenue Refunding Bonds Series 1993A and Series 1993B of the Port in the principal amounts of $21,655,000 and $60,750,000 respectively for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding senior lien revenue bonds of the Port, fixing the date, forms, terms and maturities for each series and authorizing the approval of interest rates and sale of such bonds.
