Authorizing acceptance of funds appropriated by the Washington State Legislature for the planning and design of a maritime museum facility located on the Seattle waterfront; and authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to enter into contracts with the State of Washington Department of Community Development and with Odyssey, for preliminary architectural programming, design consultation, and exhibit design for such a facility.
