Amending Unit 18 of the existing Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements of the Port of Seattle applicable to Sea-Tac International Airport to delete certain personal property located in the Acquisition Area therefrom; declaring said property surplus and no longer needed for Port purposes, and authorizing its sale; and authorizing the return and resale of one house previously approved for sale to Environmental Works.
