Resolution 3010

[Pertaining] to the redevelopment of Fishermen's Terminal; making certain [findings] about conditions for redevelopment; adopting general development and management policies relating to said property; adopting a redevelopment plan for said property; and authorizing the [Port] Staff to commence certain activities necessary to fulfill the policies and objectives [established] by this Resolution.
