Description
Pertaining to the adoption of the Comprehensive Public Access Plan for the Duwamish Waterway, adopted to satisfy all City of Seattle public access requirements associated with Port of Seattle marine terminal development in the East, West and Duwamish waterways as identified in the Public Access Plan; authorizing Port staff to commence activities necessary to implement the Comprehensive Public Access Plan for the Duwamish Waterway; and authorizing the President of the Commission to execute the Port of Seattle/City of Seattle Public Access Agreement.
