Establishing Sea-Tac Industrial Development District as new Unit 21 of the Port's Comprehensive Scheme initially comprised of premises transferred from existing Comprehensive Scheme Unit 18, in the southeast area of Sea-Tac International Airport; providing for future sale of said premises subject to specified aviation-related use restrictions; and providing policy guidelines for lease and sale of this and future additions to said Industrial Development District.
