Amending Unit 20 of the Port's Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements for the Lower Duwamish Industrial Development District to delete certain real property interests therefrom for conveyance to the City of Seattle for the latter's use in its construction of West Seattle Freeway Bridge, and authorizing an Interlocal Agreement between the Port and the City providing for this construction.
