Resolution 0006

Fixing the rate of taxes to be levied and levying the taxes upon the taxable property in the Port of Seattle, both real and personal, needed to raise sufficient revenue to meet the expenses of the Port of Seattle for the ensuing fiscal year, to-wit: for the year beginning on the first day of January, 1912, and to pay the running expenses of the Port of Seattle from the date of its creation by favorable vote of the people on the 5th day of September, 1911, to the 1st day of January, 1912.
