Establishing positions, classification and salaries for all Port salaried positions; authorizing and establishing conditions in connection with sick leave, vacation pay, overtime compensation, jury duty pay, bereavement leave, military leave, and health, medical, surgical, hospital, disability, unemployment compensation, life insurance, retirement, and holidays as benefits for salaried positions' authorizing retroactive effect of this resolution to December 26, 1971; and repealing all prior resolutions dealing with the same subject matter, including Resolution No. 2360
