Description
Providing for the condemnation of land and other property for the purpose of creating, maintaining and operating the East Waterway Improvement No. 2, being a part of modified unit No. 2 of the comprehensive scheme improvement in the port district of the Port of Seattle, as adopted by the Port Commission on February 7, 1912, and ratified by the people of the port district at a special election held on March 5, 1912, and modified by resolutions No. 113 and No. 116 and by vote of the people of the port district at a special election held on June 17, 1913.
