Description
Requesting the Commissioner of Public Lands of the State of Washington to vacate, pursuant to RCW 79.01.472, certain portions of the East Waterway of the Duwamish River which appear not to be in significant use for purposes of navigation, and not to be any longer required in the public interest to exist as a waterway, in order that the Port may develop such waterway area for purposes of industry, trade, and transportation as a container freight station.
