Is insurance required to do business with the Port?

Yes, depending on the scope of work of the art project, the Port may require the following insurance on coverage: 

1. Commercial general liability insurance
2. Automobile liability insurance
3. Industrial insurance for the artist, its employees and sub-artists/ contractors
4. Professional liability (Errors & Omission) insurance
