A Resolution of the Port of Seattle Commission expressing opposition to Initiative Measure No. IL26-638, concerning sex verification requirements for participation in girls’ school sports, appearing on the November 3, 2026 general election ballot; and reaffirming the Commission’s commitment, first expressed in Order No. 2022-08, to protect the privacy of personal health information and health care decisions.
