A Resolution of the Port of Seattle Commission expressing opposition to Initiative Measure No. IL26-001, concerning the disclosure of private student medical and mental health records without student consent, appearing on the November 3, 2026 general election ballot; and reaffirming the Commission’s commitment, first expressed in Order No. 2022-08, to protect the privacy of personal health information and health care decisions.
