Authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute a supplement to Agreement GCA 4012 with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to provide up to $10,000,000 in Port funding to support construction of SR 5 18 improvements between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the 1-511-405 interchange.
