Authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute an Interlocal Agreement (2005 LA) with the City of SeaTac to establish a mutual and cooperative system for exercising their respective jurisdictional authority regarding land use, surface water management, interagency cooperation and development commitments, and material hauling provisions for Port haul projects greater than 100,000 cubic yards.
