Declaring certain real property within Unity 18 of the Port of Seattle's Comprehensive Scheme surplus (the relocated portion of South 154th/156th) and no longer needed for Port District purposes and authorizing the Managing Director, Aviation Division to execute all documents necessary for its transfer to the City of SeaTac in exchange for City’s vacation of the former South 154th/156th Street necessary for completion of the Port's Third Runway Project.
