Resolution 3541

Authorizing the issuance and sale of Intermediate Lien Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2005A, Intermediate Lien Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2005B and Intermediate Lien Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2005C in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $670,000,000, for the purpose of financing capital improvements and rehding certain outstanding revenue bonds of the Port; delegating authority for the sale of the bonds and the preparation and dissemination of a preliminary official statement and final official statement; approving the appointment of an escrow agent and execution of one or more escrow agreements; and providing for continuing disclosure.
